FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Please find below many of the questions we get asked concerning our shows and events. Please read through to see if these can answer any questions you have.

  • CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE GATE?
    Of course! Tickets can be purchased at the gate by card or cash unless specifically told otherwise.
  • ARE THERE TOILETS ON SITE?
    Yes, there is a toilet block available on site for all guests.
  • IS THERE FOOD & DRINK AVAILABLE?
    Food & Drink is available at all our events and shows! We are proud to have a wide variety of vendors to suit everyone! So why not call in on the way home from work to our evening meets and save yourself the cooking!
  • ARE DOGS WELCOME?
    Yes!! Much like the vehicles that attend our shows, everything is welcome! We just ask that they're kept on leads and any mess is cleared up.
  • CAN I ARRIVE EARLY?
    Please do not arrive early. As we must set the site up before each event it is important that you stick to the time on the ticket for the event to avoid disappointment or delay.
  • WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
    Our main venue address is Lower Lane, Longridge, Preston, PR3 3SQ. Please ensure you check the address on the ticket page, as we do event collaborations which may not be at our usual venue.
  • DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
    Unless the event is cancelled, we won’t offer refunds to our guests. If you can't make it and wish to change your ticket to a future event, then just send us an email!
  • I'VE PURCHASED MY TICKET BUT NOT RECIEVED IT.
    Please ensure you check your spam emails. If your ticket is not there then reach out to us via our email events@wheelsupnorth.co.uk
